I am attaching a photo. Don't you think that the upload the photo link should stand out and be at the top of the page and not require filling out lots of info to post? Even if you don't think I am right we want to make it super easy to see this button and if possible a lot less information to fill out. Where can we do this in the file structure, style sheets... --- where? 
You should be able to change the style in the admin panel theme.css by using inspect element to find what you want and then adding but I am not sure how it will look. As for moving it, as the info is required for things to work, I am not sure about removing the privacy and title.
