Hello.
We are familiar with SE because we have been using it for a very long time.
We could not migrate all our sites because the plugins from our suppliers were not ok and often full of bugs.
We would like to know if it is possible to uninstall all the installed plugins and especially if the site will keep the data and function correctly.

Overall, we will have a probably corrupted site.
It can be done without corrupting but it is a long process. On the site mentioned in that other thread, it took me hours to do, many hours. Painstakingly checking everything in the database and testing after each deletion or change as I had to manually change some things back to default in the db. It is fine with content and such. It definitely will take some time or perhaps SNS has a solution already as they've done it more than I have.
