We currently use the Elpis charter.
Everything is fine, however, on mobiles the menu hamburger does not appear (Red theme).
Yet the link is there. Do you have this problem too.
A setting in the back office?
We searched a lot and couldn't find...

Your looking too high for it. It is under that accessibility bar but it looks like perhaps you may have changed something as it should be a red menu.
I have temporarily set our demo to the red style so you can see the default settings. Perhaps that will help.

No, we haven't touched CSS.
We just created a child theme, but we also have the problem on the base theme.
We only installed SNS Modules.
This is very problematic because many are on Mobile...
We don't know what to do...
The problem is solved,
it came from a module and a field.
