Upgrade from 4.9.4 to 4.10.3 permission error

    Good morning, I' m trying to update our site but I get allways a permission issue on .htaccess and vendor.

    The error do not specify witch .htaccess and vendor but I try upgrading only the core-base and get the same error so I identify the .htaccess and vendor folder as the one under packages/core-base and try to change permission with 777 but nothing happen and I get allways permission erro. Can anyone suggest something ?

    I've moved this to SEPHP section as SECloud, where you had it, doesn't have an upgrade process.

    Please ensure that you uploaded the patch in the upgrade tutorial as it is very important. Always follow all notes when doing tutorials.
