Issue installing packages

    I've finally got around to updating to Social Engine 4.10.  A lot of packages need updated but when it gets to pre-install check, there is no button to continue to the next stage. to finish the installation.

    This is not a bug. This is a site issue. Please ensure that you followed all of the steps in the upgrading tutorial, including the very important notes and patch. Please ensure that your server is  up to the new requirements.
