You need to edit the plugin member level permission for each plugin.

If you mean the pages that you make in Admin Panel, those are not plugins and you would need a customization in order to set member level settings for them.

Yes unless you can customize it yourself. I am not sure atm how to get this accomplished without a member level setting.
I apologize, but I think I'm missing something. Are you trying to control who may see which pages when you select Menu Items?
My bad. I was sick yesterday when I answered. I should have just not answered instead of giving a wrong answer. In the Layout Editor, find the page you want to hide and click to Edit Page Info. You can choose the member level permissions there. Sorry about that.
